2-4 TBSP of Mayonnaise: [contains eggs, soy, and other proteins to deep condition]
1 TBSP of Yogurt: [contains proteins and adds shine to the hair]
1 TBSP of Grapeseed oil: [optional but my skin and hair loves this oil]
1 TBSP of Olive oil: [adds shine as well as conditions the hair]
1 TSP of Sunflower Oil: [very light oil but conditions hair & is an important source of gamma alpha linolenic acid (GLA) which helps in preventing thinning of hair]
1 TSP of Coconut oil: [has the ability to go into the hair shaft and deep conditions hair strands]
1 TSP of Aloe Vera Gel: [It is rich in amino acids and protein, which is good for a healthy hair growth and growing out baby hairs]
1 TSP of Castor Oil: [this oil is optional and is very heavy, not recommended for thin hair. Castor oil carries ricinoleic acid and omega- 6 essential fatty acids, which accelerate blood circulation to the scalp, therefore increasing hair growth. It works on nourishing the scalp and strengthening the roots with the help of essential nutrients]
1 TBSP of Honey: [If you have dry or damaged hair, honey can help. A natural humectant, meaning that honey attracts moisture. It’s also full of antioxidants and nutrients to add moisture and gradually repair damage]
1 TSP of Apple Cider Vinegar: [this wonder tonic is packed with raw enzymes and beneficial bacteria that help to cleanse the scalp as well of any buildup/dandruff]
I recommend mixing all of these ingredients in a separate bowl with a whisk or hand mixer and then putting them into a separate seal tight container/jar. Store this mixture in the refrigerator and it should last for about a month depending on how often you need to deep condition your hair. Some people say once a month others say once to twice a week. Trial and error are the keys to when it comes to taking care of your hair. Lastly leave this on your scalp for at least an hour so that it can penetrate your hair follicles and condition your hair.

I recommend mixing these ingredients in a separate bowl and then adding them into a container of your choice.
With this deep conditioner it does not need to be refrigerated and has a shelf life of 3 months or more. This mask can be left on for 30 minutes to an hour because it takes a total of 30 minutes for the oils to penetrate the hair.
This mask has made my hair extremely manageable and easier to comb through. It can be used often but I would recommend not putting this deep conditioner on your scalp because it will weigh down your hair.
